Cancellation/No Show Policy
We respectfully recommend all customers to show up 5 minutes earlier than your appointment time. Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least TWO HOUR ADVANCE notice.
Our Policy:
Any cancellation or reschedule made in last minutes may result in a cancellation fee. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your service, you may lose your appointment and result in a no show charge. The amount of the fee will be equal to the service value. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation/No-Show fees will be charged to your card on file.
